Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Aloe Aesthetics & Wellness
At Aloe Aesthetics & Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide every client with the highest level of service and care. To help us maintain an efficient schedule and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us time to offer your appointment to another client.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, you will be marked as a no-show and charged a $50 fee. We do our best to accommodate, but late arrivals may interfere with other scheduled appointments.
No-Shows:
If you do not contact us at all and fail to show up for your appointment, a $100 no-show fee will be charged.
